Rock Tracking Video

This video captures one possible outcome of the rock tracking series. This wouldn’t have to necessarily be the sole outcome, more one potential offshoot – as can be seen also in Ellie Harrison’s Eat 22 as she creates a physical exhibition, website and film. Potentially it would be more effective to have each picture oriented in the same way around the rock, so there is a clearer sense of the pictures/surroundings shifting and flowing around the one individual rock, but even at the stage the video is at now there is still a strong sense of this. I could also make films from the other photographic outcomes (wider floor shots and even wider landscape shots), perhaps having them running alongside one another? Another possibility is a series of more abstract drawings creating a shimmying, dancing movement around the central rock/space.
